What is adrenal cancer?

Adrenal glands are small glands that sit on top of our kidneys. They produce hormones that help regulate essential bodily functions such as metabolism, the immune system and blood pressure. The hormones produced by the adrenal glands interact with almost every part of the body. Adrenal cancer is uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in the adrenal glands.
