Postage and handling fees incurred depend on the total weight of your order. All orders are fulfilled from Melbourne, Australia. We endeavour to dispatch orders which are in stock within three business days of receiving confirmation of payment.

We use Australia Post to deliver our products, we have no control over the performance of Australia Post or any other company which we may use to deliver our goods.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you do not receive your goods after 14 days from date of purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at shop@onjcancercentre.org with your full name and  invoice number. We then can provide you with the tracking number which you can use to locate your parcel through Australia Post.
